Viewing a website on mobile is often harder than on desktop because of the limited real estate. The tiny screen makes it difficult to display all navigation menus, sidebars, and information at once.
Follow the easy steps below, walking you through how to find your Advisor tabs on a mobile device (cell phone or tablet).
Once you are on the Creative Memories website, you first want to make sure that you are signed into your Advisor account. You will need to click on the 3 vertical lines in the upper left corner, boxed in red below.
After clicking on the 3 vertical lines, you will then open a menu and select Sign In, shown below boxed in red.
You will then enter your credentials and click on "Sign In". That will then open another menu, where you will then want to click on the dropdown arrow on the "My Profile" tab. Show below circled in red.
It will then open up your Advisor tab menu for you to then select where you would like to go next.
