Yes, any Account Credits that have not expired will be migrated to CM Credits and retain their original expiration date(s).
- I can see my CM Credits banked amount and applicable transactions, but where can I see what portion expires when?

- Is there a minimum amount of CM Credits that I can redeem on an order? Is there a maximum?
There is no minimum amount. You can redeem any value, to the penny, of your CM Credits up to a maximum $500 USD/$600 CAD/$500 AUD per order. And you will be reminded in your cart if you have CM Credits to use so you can apply them right in the cart if you have them!
- Do CM Credits count toward my Rolling Account Balance?
They do not. Like Account Credits, when placing an order the amount that goes toward your account balance and is considered commissionable is the order amount less any applied CM Credits.
- Can we use CM Credits on a sign up order or renewal orders?
No, but they can be applied to digital-only orders.
- How will promotions and shipping rates be determined?

- Can I apply a coupon code for a discount or promo product and apply CM Credits to an order?
Speaking of win-win, YES.
- How am I informed about CM Credit transactions?
The system will send you an email as long as you are opted in for these communicates on your CM Credit page of your account.

Yes. And your balances tab will always add up to your overall CM Credit bank as well.
- I seem to be missing a portion of my overall CM Credit bank on my “Balances” tab and transactions table that had certain expiration date(s).
Any portion of points that are past their expiration date or have been depleted to a $0 balance are removed from your balance tables but are tracked in your transactions table.
- How long are transaction records kept in my CM Credit transaction detail table?
A year of transactions is kept in this table.

Only earned transaction records are assigned an expiration date in the transactions table.
- Am I issued an earning record on earned CM Credits?

- How is sales tax calculated?
Sales tax is calculated after CM Credits are applied as they were with Account Credits.
- How does the system determine which CM Credits to apply to orders and/or shares?

Sharing CM Credits
- What will my customer or team member see when I share my CM Credits with them?
Important to note: Only customers who have a Creative Memories website account can receive CM Credits.
Once credits are sent, they will receive an email and see a CM Credit transaction added to their account on their CM Credit page. It will include the email address and name of the person who shared the credits with them. It will also include the 31-day expiration date from the date they were shared.
You will see — in your CM Credits transaction table — the email address of the account you shared your CM Credits with.
- Why is it that only Advisors can share CM Credits?
CM Credits are a perk specific to Advisors to incent customers and team members to order. Customers can receive CM Credits but cannot send CM Credits.
- Where can I find my CM Credits “Send” functionality?
Advisor accounts have the “Send” tab (only Advisors can share credits). That tab can be found next to your “Balances” tab on the CM Credits page.
- Is there a maximum amount of CM Credits I can share?
There is no maximum amount you can share. There is only a minimum of $10 and that the CM Credits you share have an expiration date greater than 31 days. After those requirements are met, you can share any amount to the penny.
- Why does the amount of CM Credits I can share differ from my overall CM Credit balance?
Sharing requires a minimum of $10 in CM Credits and sharable CM Credits need to have an expiration date greater than 31 days. So the value you see of sharable CM Credits is the total number of Credits that meet those requirements.
- Why do the CM Credits I share with customers or my team get an expiration date of 31 days applied?
Gifts like Credits are far more likely to be used when there is a deadline. The 31 days encourages your customers and/or team members to act soon upon receiving your gifted CM Credits.
- Can I share my CM Credits from my U.S. account with a Canadian or Australian account?
CM Credits are not transferrable cross-border.
- What about the Account Credits I already shared?
- After the migration of Account Credits to CM Credits, you will be required to resend any shared Account Credits that have not been redeemed nor expired as CM Credits. Visit your My Achievements page to verify. If the Account Credits you sent were redeemed, they will show as “Yes” under the Redeemed column. Those do not need to be resent as CM Credits. If the redeemed column shows “Converted to CM Credits” those will need to be re-sent to the person you shared them with. You will need to have noted (under the "Gifted to” column) who you shared them with to know who to resend them to as CM Credits.
