If you would like to submit a return, please email us with the details of your return, including purchase date, order number, items you would like to return and the reason.
Custom Products: Custom Products and Photo Prints are not eligible for returns. Orders with Custom Products and Photo Prints are not eligible for canceling due to the complexity of the custom process.
Last Chance Products: All Last Chance products are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns.
Once we’ve approved the return, please ship the product to us at the applicable address:
Please include a copy of the packing slip or invoice along with a note stating the reason for the return, to expedite processing.
The refund will go back to the card that was used on the original order and will be for the cost of the product and any applicable sales tax only. It will not include the original costs incurred to ship the products out or the costs incurred to return them to us.
