If you did not receive something you ordered, we’ll get that entered and arrange to ship it to you at our cost.
If you received extra product and would like to keep it, we can usually allow that and can determine that when you share the details of what you received.
If you opt to return that extra product to us we would ask you to pay for that postage upfront. We would then reimburse you for those costs, after we receive the return. If you'd like to go this route, please return that to the applicable address shown below:
Please include a copy of the packing slip or invoice along with a note stating the reason for the return, to expedite processing.
