We are working through a software bug that affects a unique scenario that will affect a small number of people but we want you to be prepared in case you experience it.
- On our new website, you can apply CM Credits at checkout.
- During testing, we discovered this scenario: if you earn the promotional gift, add CM Credits to your cart and then leave your cart to continue shopping, the promotional gift will flip from being free ($0) to having a retail price (e.g. $43).
- To fix this, delete the promotional gift from your cart.
- You will earn the promotional gift again.

Once you know that you are done shopping then add CM Credits to your cart and check out.
