During signup or when vaulting a new card by entering on an order and selecting "Save for Later Use", make sure the billing address you enter matches the address on your credit card account. They must match to process successfully. Because the system will check for an address match, Reward and Gift issued debit cards are not an accepted card payment method.
The address match does not need to be exact. For example, you can key “Ave or Avenue”. But you can’t be missing a digit in your house number or an incorrect street name for example.
There can be other reasons for a decline causing the payment to not process. Often it is a keying error or update to the credit card being used or a payment processor issue, in which case you can try again soon.

- Expiration date
- Make sure if a new card they activated it
- Make sure if their card has been compromised (check with their bank) and a new one might be on the way
- Make sure a new card is not potentially on the way
- Check their security notifications
- Check they are not at their credit limit
