It's important to reach out and thank customers for orders that they place with you.

We recommend reaching out to customers at the following intervals:
- Send a Thank You note every time a customer orders.
- 10 days after an order is placed, check in with the customer to see if they have opened their order.
- 30 days after an order, check in again to see if they are enjoying their products.
If you haven't had a customer place an order in 90 days, connect. At 180 days, reconnect again. Check in and see what that customer has been up to. Take notes about your conversations so that when you reconnect again, you can do so in a meaningful way that lets them know you care.
Find customer contact info in My Reports with the following steps - since this results in exporting a CSV (excel) report, we recommend you follow these steps on a computer:
1. Sign in to your Creative Memories account (by seeing your name in the top left as it is circled below). Then, click on your name and choose My Account.
2. From the left-hand menu, choose Advisor HQ at the bottom of the list.
