Photo Prints | Uploading How-To's
Upload Photos to Creative Memories:
1. Sign in to Creative Memories Account
2. Select “Prints” in the Navigation bar on the home page
3. Acknowledge you have the rights to the photos you will be using and customize your
Photo Prints project title
4. Select “Add photos”
5. Choose from using photos in the Custom Designer from previous projects, or new
upload based on your personal preferences
6. Select individual photos to alter rotation and fit
7. Select “Add to Cart” when complete and approve photos for print

How to add Photos from your devices:
Dropbox:
1. Sign in to your Dropbox Account
2. Select “All Files” in the left hand side
3. Hover over the images you would like to download
4. Select the icon resembling “...” on the right side of the file
5. Drop down to “Download”
6. Select where the file will download to
7. Proceed to upload the image/s as a new upload (Step 5 in Upload Photos to Creative
Memories)
iCloud.com:
iPhone, iPad, iPod:
1. Sign in to your iCloud.com Account
2. On iCloud home screen, select “Photos”
3. Select individual photos by tapping “Select” and then the image, or the entire
album by selecting “Select All”
4. Select the button resembling 
5. Select “Download” and then confirm
6. Multiple photos will download as a folder or zip file
7. Proceed to upload the image/s as a new upload (Step 5 in Upload Photos to
Creative Memories)
Mac, PC:
1. Sign in to your iCloud.com Account
2. On iCloud home screen select “Photos”
3. Hold the command key on a Mac or Control key on a PC to select multiple photos
4. Click images to select individual photos
5. Select the button resembling 
to download
6. Click to download the image/s
7. Multiple photos will download as a folder or zip file
8. Proceed to upload the image/s as a new upload (Step 5 in Upload Photos to
Creative Memories)
Photos App:
iPhone, iPad, iPod:
1. Select the “Settings” App
2. Click [Your Name]
3. Select iCloud
4. Tap “Photos”
5. Select Download and Keep Originals
6. Proceed to upload the image/s as a new upload (Step 5 in Upload Photos to
Creative Memories)
Mac:
1. Select the “Photos” App
2. Select Photos in the navigation bar then “Preferences”
3. Select iCloud, then click “Download Originals to this Mac”
4. Proceed to upload the image/s as a new upload (Step 5 in Upload Photos to
Creative Memories)
PC:
1. Those using a PC can set up “iCloud for Windows” and download a all photos
and videos to iCloud Photos
2. Proceed to upload the image/s as a new upload (Step 5 in Upload Photos to
Creative Memories)
Shared Albums
iPhone, iPad, iPod touch:
1. Select the “Photos” App
2. Select “Shared Albums”
3. Chose desired album for imagery
4. Select photo and button resembling “
”
5. Select “Save Image”
6. Proceed to upload the image/s as a new upload (Step 5 in Upload Photos to
Creative Memories)
Mac:
1. Select the “Photos” App
2. Select “Shared Album” from the left navigation bar
3. Select desired album or imagery
4. Control+Click on an image
5. Select “Import”
6. Proceed to upload the image/s as a new upload (Step 5 in Upload Photos to
Creative Memories)
PC (Windows 11.1):
1. Select Start Menu
2. Select iCloud Shared Albums
3. Select Shared Album by double clicking
4. Double click desired image and copy to another folder on your device
5. Proceed to upload from this folder for the image/s as a new upload (Step 5 in
Upload Photos to Creative Memories)
Facebook:
1. Sign in to your Facebook Account
2. Hover over the image you would like to select, this will take a moment until the “Like” and
“Comment” buttons appear
3. Select “Options” in the lower right corner
4. A pop-up will appear and you will select “Download”
a. In mobile you will tap the image in the upper right corner for three dots to appear
and click the button “Save As”
5. Choose where you’d like photos to go on device
6. Proceed to upload the image/s as a new upload (Step 5 in Upload Photos to Creative
Memories)
To download all of your Facebook photos at one time
1. Go to Facebook.com/Settings
2. Under “General Account Settings” at the bottom there will be a link that says “Download
a copy” of your Facebook data
3. Click “Start my archive”
4. Verify your email and account
5. Facebook will email your photos (all photos, this can not be specific albums) to you in a
zip file
6. Download and open the zip file
7. Choose where you’d like photos to go on device
8. Proceed to upload the image/s as a new upload (Step 5 in Upload Photos to Creative
Memories)
Google Drive and Google Photos:
1. Sign in to your Google Drive or Google Photos Account
2. To select an entire album: Click the “Albums” on the left hand navigation bar and select
the album of choice
a. When selected, click the icon in the top right corner that resembles “...” and
select the dropdown to “Download all”
3. To select a single image: Click on the image of choice to expand it, then click the icon in
the top right corner that resembles “...” and select the dropdown to “Download”
4. Choose where you’d like photos to go on device (noting full albums will save as a folder)
5. Proceed to upload the image/s as a new upload (Step 5 in Upload Photos to Creative
Memories)
Shutterfly:
1. Sign in to your Shutterfly Account
2. Select “My Photos” in the navigation bar
3. Select between one and 500 images that you’ll want to download (these will have an
orange box outline them and a check mark in the bottom right hand corner as they are
selected)
4. Select the download button on the top navigation bar (downward pointing arrow)
5. Choose where you’d like photos to go on device
6. Proceed to upload the image/s as a new upload (Step 5 in Upload Photos to Creative
Memories)
Amazon Drive:
1. Sign in to your Amazon Account
2. Open “Amazon Photos” on left hand navigation bar
3. Click to select the photos you will want to download (you cannot download a full album,
you must enter the album first and then select the images within)
4. Click the images individually or as a group and select “Download”
5. Choose where you’d like photos to go on device
6. Proceed to upload the image/s as a new upload (Step 5 in Upload Photos to Creative
Memories)
SmugMug:
1. Sign in to your SmugMug Account
2. Select “Organize” in the navigation bar
3. Select the image or album you want to download (“Select all” allows for the full album)
4. Click the “Download” button
5. Choose where you’d like photos to go on device
6. Proceed to upload the image/s as a new upload (Step 5 in Upload Photos to Creative
Memories)
