Get to My Courses:
- Sign in to your Creative Memories Advisor Account.
- Go to My Account > Advisor HQ
- Go to Advisor HQ > My Courses

- Help! I cannot find the blue "complete & complete" button to progress through the course. If you do not see the blue "complete" button to navigate through the course, please try to resize your window. Look at the bottom of your lesson to fine the Complete & Continue button like you see in the screenshot below.
- Help! I'm using a mobile device and I cannot log in. If you see the screen below on a mobile device, do not try to log in. Go back to the Creative Memories website and log in to your Advisor Account and then navigate to My Account > Advisor HQ > My Courses. The log in below will not allow you to log into My Courses or the Creative Memories website.
