Once you begin a new custom product, it will be saved for 12 months from the date you first created it.
If you order your custom product, it will be saved for two years from the date of your order.
EXCEPTION: If you begin creating a Custom Foiled Spine on a bookcloth color that is going out of stock, we will notify you approximately three months from the expiration date of this product. This can create a situation in which you start a custom foiled spine and must order it before the 12-month time limit. You will be notified of spine bookcloth colors going out of stock via the email you use for your Creative Memories account. Even if you start to create a Custom Foiled Spine while a bookcloth is currently in stock, you will not be able to complete your order if it is out of stock at the time you place your order.
