- Sign in to your Creative Memories account.
- Click on your name (to the right of Advisor Search) and choose My Account.
- In the left menu, click on Advisor HQ
- In the left menu, click on My Reports
5. In the top menu, select My Team and then Team Performance.
6. When viewing your team's performance, look to the right and you'll see two columns - Renew By Date and Renewal. The Renew by Date is the date that your Downline must Renew by to remain an Advisor (see photo below).
If you see a green flag in the Renewal column, this means your Downline's auto-renewal was unsuccessful.
- 15 days before an Advisor's renewal date, we will attempt to charge the credit card that is vaulted.
- If the charge is unsuccessful, renewal will fail and you will see the green flag here on your team's performance report.
Renewal can fail for a few reasons:
- A credit card has expired or if it was canceled by the bank (common occurrences).
- There was no credit card designated for auto-renewal.
To correct an unsuccessful renewal:
- Make sure your Downline has a card Vaulted. Ensure your Downline has that card DESIGNATED for renewal.
- If your Downline has a card and it is designated for renewal, they can edit their existing card if they have received a more current card (e.g. new expiration dates). Or, they can add a new card if they have received a new card (e.g. fraud or changed card companies).
- Make sure the credit card is a normal credit card and not a gift card.
Once a new or edited credit card is vaulted and designated, we will attempt to renew their Advisor status daily at 1am CT until the renewal is successful or deactivation of their Advisor account occurs (if all attempts fail and it is past their Renew By Date).
- If the green flag disappears in your team's performance report, then your Downline has made a successful renewal and you will see their new Renew by Date!
- If they disappear from your team list, they have deactivated and our daily renewal attempts were not successful!
