Digital purchases are non-refundable because once they are loaded on to your account there is no way for us to remove the link and "return" the Download to our inventory. Because of this, we cannot credit back or exchange for your selection.
Something to watch for so you don't accidentally run into purchasing Digital content in error again is that all of our Digital Artwork will have the blue CM banner displaying that it is Digital.
