Our designer is used to create custom products and print photos. It is not designed to be a permanent storage solution. We recommend prints are uploaded and ordered in a timely manner.
- Photos that are uploaded are available in “My Recent Uploads” for 35 days
- Once the photo has been added to a project, it remains available for the duration of the project
- Once a photo project is ordered, it is available to access and re-order for two years.
When using photos in a layout, remember, to save your changes before closing, click SAVE. You have to be on a page for 60 seconds or more for auto-save to engage. If you drag and drop a photo onto a page and immediately leave your product without clicking SAVE, your photo may not be saved to your page.
