You can duplicate products that have been ordered or products that are currently in the design process. You cannot duplicate products that are in your cart.
Duplicating a product will make an exact copy of that product. For Custom Foiled Spines, you cannot change your bookcloth color or foil when duplicating.
Error message when duplicating: If you receive an error message when you attempt to duplicate a product, this means that you started to create this product but left within 30 seconds and never clicked save. Your preview image in My Custom Products will look like a default image instead of a representation of a product that you customized with your text, photos or elements. If you start a product and customize it, we recommend always hitting "save" if you want to keep your changes.
