If a product is out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your cart. However, you can log in to your Creative Memories account and then click “Notify me when this product returns” to receive an email updating you when the product is back in stock.
Please note: Not all products that allow you to click this notification option will come back in stock. Here are some helpful guidelines:
Product image is marked RETURNING: This product will come back in stock. When you click “Notify me when this product returns,” you will receive an email when it is available to order again.
Product image is marked LAST CHANCE or SOLD OUT: This product is not returning. When you click “Notify me when this product returns,” you will receive an email when the product is retired from the website and will suggest alternative product options you might like. When a product is SOLD OUT, we do not immediately take it off the site until visitors are aware that product is no longer available. Otherwise, this can cause confusion if visitors cannot find a particular product they are looking for.
