The email address you use to log in to the website is the address we have on file for you. We generally send one customer email and two Advisor emails each week. If you’re not receiving them, here area few things to check:
Microsoft users' email may have been routed to your Junk/Spam folder, or other tabs labeled "Focused" and "Other" that have been recently created by MSN/Outlook/Hotmail:
Gmail users' emails are frequently routed to the "Promotions" folder.
Advisor Weekly and Weekly Newsletter subscribers may accidentally "Unsubscribe" or "Block" or emails, causing them to bounce back to us.
It will help to add the email addresses below to your Safe Senders/Address Book:
