How do I use a coupon code? How do I troubleshoot a coupon code that is not working?

Please follow these steps to apply a coupon code to your order:

1. Please make sure you are logged into your account.  
2. Ensure that you are meeting all requirements to use your coupon code.
3. Copy your coupon code.
4. In your cart, before you click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT, paste your coupon code into the Apply Discount Code box. (See image instructions below for assistance.)
5. Click "Apply Discount."
6. The Subtotal field on the right should update to show the code applied and amount deducted.
7. Then, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to continue the steps to place your order.
8. Please note: if the code is not applied successfully to the order, please do NOT finalize your order without the coupon code! Troubleshooting tips can be found below or contact Customer Support for assistance. 

Apply your coupon code on the View Cart Page before clicking PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. 

Tips on how to troubleshoot a coupon code that is not working:

• Be sure you are signed in.
• Be sure you are meeting the requirements to apply the code.
• Ensure that you are entering your coupon code on the view cart page before you click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. See the images above and below for assistance.
• If you are typing in a code, ensure that you are typing it in properly with these tips: 
  • The number 1 and capital Ietter "i." (The number 1 will have the top swoosh and the I is straight.)
  • Zero vs. the letter "O." The zero 0 is skinnier than the capital O.
  • Q and the letter O or zero; look for the bottom swoosh.
  • Letter S and number 5 or J and 1 or I (if you scrape off the bottom of the J on a scratch off.
  • Number 2 and letter Z.
  • Use the copy/paste feature to eliminate the guesswork!
